Memphis Pride Parade rescheduled: See when it will roll along Beale Street
- The 50th annual Memphis Pride Parade, rescheduled after a rain delay, will take place June 21 in the Beale Street Entertainment District.
- The accompanying festival is canceled until 2026 due to logistical challenges.

The 50th annual Memphis Pride Parade has been rescheduled for noon June 21 in the Beale Street Entertainment District.
An annual celebration of what organizers call “the vibrant spectrum of the Mid-South LGBTQ+ family,” the parade had been scheduled for June 7, but was canceled due to rainstorms with lightning.
The daylong festival that usually accompanies the parade has been canceled until 2026, however, due to various scheduling challenges, including the the difficulty of reassembling the vendors.
A milestone event in the history of Mid-South Pride, the 50th parade will begin at the intersection of Fourth and Beale and wend its way through the Beale Street district. More than 100 “units” — floats, church and community groups, performance troupes and so on — are scheduled to participate in what usually is one of the city’s most colorful pageants.
“Pride in Memphis has never been easy, but perseverance is what defines us,” said Vanessa Rodley, president of Mid-South Pride. “This reboot is not just about salvaging an event — it’s about recognizing what’s been built over five decades…
“As we move forward, we invite everyone to join up — not just to march, but to reconnect, recharge, and remind ourselves that Pride isn’t just an event, it’s about showing up for each other,” Rodley said.
